DP America FC U-12 trounces Glenview Titans 10-2

The Des Plaines Park District Traveling Soccer Team, DP America FC, U-12 team beat the Glenview Titans, 10-2 on Jan. 21, in the third game of the regular season.

DP America scored two goals in the first half. In the second half, they put up an additional five unanswered points, before the Titans were able to score. DP America then scored an additional two goals, and with the clock at 5:45, the Titans put up their final point of the game. With 2:34 left to play, DP America scored their tenth goal, for the win.

The winter season games are played at the Lattof YMCA on Northwest Highway in Des Plaines.

DP America FC also has a U-9 and U-10 team, and is always looking for additional players to add to the roster. Players interested should contact Joshua Cantres, (847) 391-5711.
