Community Development Dept. advises residents of TIF Registry

Village of Lombard

LOMBARD, Illinois—The Village of Lombard provides residents and organizations the opportunity to receive public notices and reports regarding each or all of the Village's three existing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts.

Anyone interested in receiving these documents may complete a TIF Interested Parties Registration Form available on the Village of Lombard web site, villageoflombard.org. Residents or organizations may also contact the Lombard Department of Community Development at (630) 620-5749 or visit the Village during business hours to request the information.

Upon registration and verification, interested parties will be entitled to receive all notices and documents required to be delivered under the State TIF Act with respect to the applicable TIF Area.

These notices and documents can include copies of reports and notices for the respective TIF District(s) and amendments to the companion redevelopment project area to be considered by the Village.
