Milwaukee Avenue partially closed in Prospect Hgts.

Half of Milwaukee Avenue south of Palatine Road will be closed from 9 p.m. tonight until 4 or 5 a.m. Friday for the installation of a flood gate for Levy 37, Prospect Heights Mayor Nick Helmer said. He was confident the road would not be closed during the morning rush hour.
