YWCA of Lake County 90th anniversary celebration

The YWCA Lake County will launch its 90th anniversary celebration with a “Time for Wine” Friday, Jan. 27, at the Art Center of Highland Park.

The event runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The cost is $90 and individuals can register online at ywcalakecounty.org.

Come hear about how the organization is expanding throughout Lake County. Guests will enjoy wine pairings and gourmet culinary tastings provided by Lovells of Lake County and Wirtz Beverage Group.

Guests can shop in the gallery suite showcasing artisans with their offerings of unique and eclectic items.

“Time for Wine” is the first of many events that will take place throughout Lake County to celebrate the work of YWCA Lake County and its continued growth.

Upcoming events include: Women in Leadership Breakfast Series, Community Birthday Celebration, Voices Against Hate — Stand Against Racism, Women of Achievement and Race Against Racism, just to name a few.
