Why more funds for Planned Parenthood?

What receiver of government money got over a 50 percent increase in reimbursement with no increase in the number of services provided? Planned Parenthood did the same amount of abortions, 300,000, in 2010 as in 2011 but got an increase of over 50 percent.

I know that seniors are complaining that their Medicare doctor reimbursement went down 30 percent. I realize that restaurants say that food prices went up 9 percent, and gasoline prices have rising this year too. But I feel such an increase to planned Parenthood is unwarranted when Social Security participants only get a 1 or 2 percent more and doctors get a 30 percent decrease.
