College basketball: Northwestern at Minnesota
Northwestern (12-6, 2-4) at Minnesota (14-5, 2-4)
When: 3 p.m. Sunday, Williams Arena
TV: Big Ten Network
Radio: WGN 720-AM
The skinny: The Wildcats are hoping their 77-57 blowout loss at Wisconsin is in the rearview mirror by the time they hit the court in Minnesota. And they're also hoping to have a full contingent on hand, after taking on the Badgers with only seven healthy scholarship players.
John Shurna led all scorers with 19 points in the loss, while Drew Crawford added 17.
The Wildcats and Gophers have split their last 22 meetings dating back to 2001-02.
Northwestern won two of three from Minnesota a year ago, including a 75-65 win 10 in the opening round of the Big Ten tournament.
Next: Home vs. Purdue, 3 p.m. Saturday
