Dems responsible for state of state

Moody’s downgraded the state’s credit rating once again. Decades of mismanagement by the Democratic Party continue to bury the state in debt. Taxes were raised by 67 percent, and that did nothing to improve the state’s debt situation.

When will the governor and the General Assembly understand that severe cuts are necessary? The European model does not work.

We cannot continue to give away entitlements that we cannot afford to pay for. Why would any business want to move to this state? It is a mess with leaders who have no answers.

Our governor and Michael Madigan need to start collecting their fat pensions as soon as possible.
