Welcome to the 2012 Academic Team

The Daily Herald is now accepting nominees for the 2011-12 Academic Team, saluting the best and the brightest high school seniors in our area; those who excel in academics and make a difference in our schools.

Here, you'll find the three forms you and the student need to download and complete: An Overview of the program with deadlines and basic instructions; an Application form; and a Nomination form, which includes room for the student essay and the letter of recommendation. Download these forms — all the forms must be filled out electronically and returned as email attachments.

The forms can be returned to the Daily Herald by either the school or the student, but they need to come in as one unit.
