Man unconscious, holding needle while driving
MADISON, Wis. — A 22-year-old Oregon man has been arrested after police found him behind the wheel of a car, unconscious, and holding a needle in his hand.
WISC-TV reports that police got a call about 3 p.m. Sunday of an unconscious man at a stoplight at Nakoosa Trail and Highway 51 in Madison.
The man had his foot on the brake and a needle in his hand. Drug paraphernalia was also found. The man was revived and taken to a hospital.
Charges are possible.
