Trowbridge leads Naperville Central past West Chicago

Naperville Central 56, West Chicago 43:

Victoria Trowbridge powered in 14 points, and the Redhawks built a 21-point third-quarter lead to coast to a DuPage Valley Conference win in Naperville. Jill D'Amico added 11 points and Emma Donahue 10 for Naperville Central (12-8, 6-1). Claire Monroe scored 13 points, Allie Tapanes and Laura Panicali 12 apiece for West Chicago (11-6, 3-3).

Glenbard North 62, Naperville 55 North:

Brianna Harn poured in 24 points, going 10 for 11 at the free-throw line, and Amy Falson added 14 for the Panthers (9-9, 4-3 DVC) in Carol Stream. Shannon Bushman scored 15 points and Kayla Sharples 12 for Naperville North (10-9, 2-5).

Montini 43, St. Edward 39:

Tianna Brown scored 13 points and Sara Ross 10, and the Broncos (19-4, 6-0 Suburban Christian Conference Blue) survived a scare in Lombard. Maddie Kerr had 13 points for St. Edward (14-6, 3-4).

Conant 57, Lake Park 55:

Visiting Conant outscored the Lancers 20-14 in the fourth quarter to rally for a nonconference win. Alexis Hahn scored 21 points and Alyssa Hernandez 17 for Lake Park (8-10).

Wheaton Academy 32, Immaculate Conception 29:

Sarah Drury scored 11 points and Ally Witt 10 for the Warriors (13-5, 6-1 Suburban Christian Conference Gold), who returned from a two-week layoff to edge the Knights.

Timothy Christian 55, Elmwood Park 42:

Cassidy Block scored 18 points to pace the Trojans (13-5, 7-1 Metro Suburban Conference).

Hinsdale South 57, Downers Grove North 42:

Toni Romiti poured in 24 points and hit five of the Hornets' eight 3-pointers.
