Libertyville dealership to expand:

Libertyville Toyota Scion and its parent company AutoNation have acquired four acres adjoining their site, 1180 S. Milwaukee Ave., for future expansion, village officials announced Friday. The pending expansion will allow the company to house additional inventory and provide expanded service. Details are to be released in coming months. The 11 car dealers in Libertyville represent about 59 percent of the total sales tax base and are considered a crucial source of funds for village operations. Toyota Scion is the largest volume dealership in the village.
