Lake County legislative forum:

“How Community-based Services Reduce Government Spending” is the theme of this year’s Lake County Legislative Forum on Aging Issues on Friday, Jan. 20. The forum is open to the public and provides an opportunity for seniors, caregivers and the general public to meet with legislators to discuss federal and state issues and priorities. The forum will be in the Community Room of the State Bank of the Lakes, 50 Commerce Drive, Grayslake from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. The Senior Services Coalition of Lake County, the Lake County Council for Seniors and the Agency on Aging of Northeastern Illinois are sponsoring the forum.
