Associated Press

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — A southwestern Indiana man who pleaded guilty to charges alleging that he molested a boy over a 4-year period has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.

The Evansville Courier & Press reports that 45-year-old James D. Graham Jr. pleaded guilty in November to five counts of child molesting.

A Vanderburgh Superior Court judge accepted the Selvin man’s plea Wednesday and sentenced him to 25 years on each of the five charges. Graham will serve the sentences at the same time.

The charges stem from allegations that Graham engaged in deviate sexual conduct with a boy who told police he was molested from the time he was 12 until he turned 16. Graham was arrested in January 2011 after the boy told police he had been molested.
