Obamacare protects loyal employees

According to columnist George Will, CKE Restaurants would essentially be forced by Obamacare to convert some of its full-time employees to part time “to limit the growth of its burdens under Obamacare.” He states in his column that CKE has 95 percent turnover. The few employees who are lucky enough to have insurance through CKE are covered by mini-med plans with caps that would be illegal under Obamacare.

Might I suggest that CKE take some of the money it currently counts as profits or CEO pay to take care of the few loyal employees it has? That is all Obama is trying to compel it to do.
