Thank you for publishing the article “America’s Legacy in Iraq.” It really told the whole story and the summations were excellent, and I quote:

“History will be the judge but for now, many observers believe the costs in dollars and blood dwarf the war’s achievements. Its tactical victories — if they lost — did little more than put an end to a conflict it helped create.”
