Update: Lakers SG Kobe Bryant says he will play despite a torn ligament in his right wrist, but C Andrew Bynum is serving a suspension and SF Lamar Odom was traded to Dallas. So this will be a different Lakers squad, especially since former Cleveland coach Mike Brown will be making his debut on the bench. The Bulls have dropped five straight road games against the Lakers. Derrick Rose averaged 29.5 points and 8.5 assists against them last season.
