INDIANAPOLIS — Two central Indiana companies are expanding with plans to add 365 jobs over the next four years.

Quality inspectors Stratosphere Quality LLC and financial software provider Archway Technology Partners Inc. announced their plans Wednesday with Gov. Mitch Daniels at the Statehouse.

Stratosphere plans to spend $2.4 million at its Fishers offices and hire 225 new workers by 2015. Archway plans to spend $1.7 million doubling the size of its Indianapolis offices and adding 140 new jobs by 2015.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation is offering Stratosphere up to $1.7 million if it follows through with its job promises. The IEDC is offering Archway up to $2.5 million in conditional aid.
