Arts in Bartlett dedicates new gallery

Arts in Bartlett dedicated its new Gallery and Center for the Arts on Dec. 1 at 118 W. Bartlett Ave., holding a holiday reception and ribbon-cutting attended by members, and village of Bartlett and Bartlett Chamber of Commerce officials.
