Chicago olice probe Facebook post of girl bound with tape

Chicago police said detectives are investigating a man after he posted a photograph on Facebook that apparently shows his daughter’s hands and legs and mouth bound with duct tape.

Spokesman Veejay Zala said the department is working with the state’s Department of Children and Family Services on the investigation.

Zala said the man apparently posted the photograph on his Facebook page, with the words, “This is wut happens wen my baby hits me back.”

He said the photograph has since been removed. Zala said he did not know exactly when it was removed or why. Nor did he have any details about the man, saying only that police are investigating.
