Pay fines with food at Lake Zurich library

Ela Area Public Library patrons can pay library fines by donating food to a local pantry. The Lake Zurich library will accept donations of nonperishable boxed or canned food, paper goods and cleaning supplies as payment for overdue fines through Dec. 30.
