Why aren’t we mining shale?

I have been informed of the vast amounts of oil-laden shale in our sad state of Illinois.

This shale can and is being mined. The example is Bismarck, N.D., which is now a boom town and is hiring thousands of folks.

Our elected representatives Durbin. Kirk and Cross are of a non-serving cabal. All they do is collect salaries, which is legal thievery.

Time and again I have tried to contact these folks with no response. And we pay these servants.
