Round Lake Beach development:
Owners of property at 250 W. Rollins Road in Round Lake Beach are seeking a special use to develop five acres. The property is currently occupied only by a Burger King restaurant. An O’Reilly Auto Parts store and a 13,800-square-foot commercial building with no user identified as yet are being proposed for the development. The village’s planning and zoning commission will consider the request at 7 p.m. Thursday at the village hall, off Hook Drive west of Route 83.
