Elk Grove Leo Club celebrates second anniversary

The Elk Grove Leo Club celebrated its second year of service by holding an awards dinner at Charlie’s Char House Sunday, Nov. 6.

Among the awards received that evening were the Silver Seal Award given to president Marki Kaim, immediate past president Rachel Mia Kaim and member Autumn Carney. The Silver Seal Award is an international award presented to Lions or Leos, who complete 50 hours of community service in one calendar year.

President Marki Kaim also received the October Membership Growth Award for recruiting three new members in October and the Leo Award of Honor, given to one Leo and nominated by fellow Leos, for outstanding accomplishments during the year.
