My family needs Huntley hospital

I am a junior at Huntley High School and I support a new hospital in Huntley.

I want the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board to be aware of the community outreach in Huntley, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Crystal Lake and Lakewood. After the hospital was rejected the first time, I noticed signs popping up all over the community saying, “We Support Centegra Hospital Huntley.”

This hospital is extremely important to me. My mother and brother both have severe medical problems and are hospitalized regularly. I am volunteering with the citizens committee to deliver signs, make phone calls. I even made a video to tell my story at youtube.com/watch?v=aoLYWIJomL8. This new hospital would benefit our entire community.

Join me at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center in Huntley for a community rally from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2. Let’s all band together to make this hospital a reality in Huntley.
