Money saved, jobs lost

On Oct. 29, the Daily Herald editors shared with us how the village of Mundelein saved money by using a Wisconsin company for their “ Mundelein Matters” newsletters. Great for the people of Mundelein, except that they gave away a job that the people of Illinois could use instead of the people of Wisconsin.
