Wolves, Express both win 3-2

The Chicago Wolves continued their strong play on the road as Adam Polasek and Antoine Roussel scored in the opening four minutes Wednesday night to spark a 3-2 victory over the Texas Stars at Cedar Park Center in Cedar Park, Texas.

Defenseman Kevin Connauton contributed a goal and an assist as the Wolves (8-6-0-2) never trailed while winning their fifth road game in a row.

Goaltender Matt Climie (6-2-0) earned 40 saves to run his winning streak to five games.

Express 3, Royals 2:The Chicago Express scored 2 third-period goals to earn a comeback victory over the Reading Royals at the Sovereign Center in Reading, Pa.Left wing Blair Riley collected a rebound from a Chaz Johnson shot and finished the play to tie the game at 2-2. Forward Bobby Robins then scored his third goal of the season at 17:39 on a powerful move around the goal crease to complete the comeback.
