Mundelein eatery helping families

Selected families will receive Thanksgiving staples from a Mundelein restaurant and some Girl Scouts Tuesday afternoon.

Mundelein police officials announced that 75 families will be presented with a turkey from Elly's Pancake House at routes 45 and 60.

Side dishes will be given to the families from Fremont School's fifth-grade Girl Scout troop.
