Suicide prevention group to host brunch in Aurora

Suicide Prevention Services of America will host the annual Harvest of Hope brunch on Sunday, Nov. 20, at Pipers Banquets, 1295 Butterfield Road, Aurora. The event is scheduled for National Suicide Awareness Weekend, and will begin with a reception and silent auction at 11:30 a.m., followed by an elegant brunch at noon.

A program featuring speaker Michelle Linn-Gust, survivor of a sibling suicide, and author of “Are There Bad Days in Heaven,” is included and will begin at 2 p.m.

All proceeds from the event benefit the work of Suicide Prevention Services of America. Tickets are $60 per person and reservations are required.
