5 hurt in Naperville crash

Five people were transported to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash in Naperville Friday night, authorities said.

Emergency crews responded at 7:53 p.m. to the intersection of Book Road and 95th Street, according to the Naperville Fire Department.

It’s unknown how the two cars struck each other.

All five patients were transported to Edward Hospital with nonlife threatening injuries, though officials said three had more serious injuries than the other two.
