Swedish automobile may consider liquidation if Saab, Spyker sold

Swedish Automobile NV said it will consider a voluntary liquidation if both Saab and Spyker are sold.

If Swedish Automobile is unable to sell Spyker, it may continue the Spyker business provided that the necessary funding can be obtained, it said in a statement today.
