S. Barrington steps up seat belt enforcement

Statistics show that seat belts save lives in addition to being legally required, South Barrington police Sgt. Sam Parma said. The department will be stepping up its seat-belt compliance and drunken driving enforcement throughout the holiday season, Parma added.
