Road work in Wheeling restricts traffic

Wille Avenue between Dundee Road and Center Avenue in Wheeling will be open to two-way traffic beginning 7 a.m. Nov. 7, but northbound traffic on Wille Avenue will only be allowed to turn right onto eastbound Dundee Road, and truck traffic will be allowed on Wille Avenue only as far south as the service access driveway at the south end of Fresh Farms Plaza.
