Mundelein High names Mustang Pride winners

Seven Mundelein High School students were presented with Mustang Pride awards at a breakfast held in their honor Oct. 18. Principal Lauren Fagel hosted the ceremony.

Kevin Franz and Chad Watson were both nominated by Matt Farmer and Adam Gohr for Service to Others and Unsolicited Good Deeds. Nominated by Ana Valassis for Service to Others and Unsolicited Good Deeds were Yaneli Garcia Abarca and Yasmin Rojo.

Maureen Baker and Morgan Spitz were nominated Bridget Mooney for Unsolicited Good Deeds. Kim Goldberg nominated Enrique Villarreal for Academic Improvement and Integrity. Cynthia Henrichs nominated Michael Murtz for Unsolicited Good Deeds and Integrity.

Mustang Pride awards are presented each month to students who were nominated by faculty and staff in various categories. Each of the students has demonstrated extraordinary efforts in their commitment to Mundelein High School.
