Open house for colleges:

Adults looking to complete a degree program can shop from 19 colleges in one place at The University Center of Lake County college open house 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 1200 University Center Drive, near Washington Street and Lancer Lane in Grayslake. The open house will showcase approximately 100 programs available from member schools at the University Center of Lake County Great Lakes Naval Training Center in North Chicago, or via online study. The program offerings enable students to complete a bachelor’s degree, earn a graduate degree or pursue a professional certificate. Representatives from the University Center’s member schools will be on site to answer questions and provide further information about their programs.
