‘Do Not Call’ should apply to census

I am receiving unwanted phone calls from a location in Jeffersonville, Ind., and from (888) 419-7586. When they do tell you who they are, they say they are the U.S. Census Bureau. They call at all hours and usually after 8 p.m. My refusals to answer their invasive questions or being on the Do Not Call list does not deter these harassing calls. The Right to Financial Privacy Act should apply, and these calls should stop.
