Hill named CFO of Vista Health Systems

Vista Health System has announced the appointment of Pamela German Hill as its new chief financial officer.

Hill joined Vista earlier this year as Interim CFO on assignment from Community Health Systems, the parent company of Vista, officials said in a news release.

She had been a project chief financial officer for Community Health Systems for two years before accepting the position with Vista.

Hill began her career with Community Health Systems in 2003 serving in Tennessee. She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Union University in Jackson, Tenn., and earned a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Memphis.

“Pamela has an extensive background in health care finance, and we’re pleased that she has joined our team,” said Barbara Martin, president and CEO of Vista Health System. “As we expand Vista’s reach throughout Lake County, Pamela’s range of financial expertise will be very helpful to our growth process.”

Hill points to the fiscal stability of Vista as a key strength in providing high quality medical care.
