Harlem Ambassadors coming to North Chicago

The International-acclaimed Harlem Ambassadors will play a game at North Chicago High School Gym on Saturday, Oct. 22.

Tipoff is set for 4 p.m. in the gym at 1717 17th St., North Chicago.

The Harlem Ambassadors offer a unique brand of Harlem-style basketball, featuring high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball-handling tricks and hilarious comedy routines.

The Ambassadors set themselves apart from other “Harlem-style” basketball teams by working with local not-for-profit and service organizations, and holding Harlem Ambassadors shows as community fundraising events.

For North Chicago’s event, the Ambassadors have partnered with The Exchange Club of North Chicago to help raise funds to assist with child abuse prevention in local programs and services.
