Step up to plate for Nick’s Pizza

It has come to my attention that Nick’s Pizza & Pub is in severe financial trouble and may have to close its doors within the next month barring some sort of miracle.

Nick’s has been extremely generous to the Elgin community, donating tens of thousands of dollars by sponsoring numerous youth sports teams, hosting various fundraisers for local youth organizations as well as fundraisers for many local families that have had some sort of medical catastrophe.

Nick’s has always been there supporting the community during better economic times. I strongly believe Elgin now needs to step up and reciprocate the outstanding treatment that we have received over the years from Nick’s Pizza & Pub.

Please patronize Nick’s Pizza & Pub as much as possible during the next several weeks. There is a chance that Nick’s can survive if there is a significant spike in sales. Visit Nick’s with your family and friends, order take out or delivery, set up a team banquet, a neighborhood banquet. Any additional business that you can give to Nick’s during their time of need could help to provide the miracle needed to keep this outstanding member of the community open for all of us to enjoy.
