U.S. Rep. Dold to appear in Cook County towns
U.S. Rep. Robert Dold, a Kenilworth Republican representing the 10 Congressional District, will be making two appearances in Cook County Saturday. Dold will be at the Palatine Township Republican Organization’s regularly monthly meeting at 9 a.m. at the group’s office, 839 N. Quentin Road, Palatine. At 11 a.m., Dold will conduct a town-hall meeting at the Wheeling Park District Community Recreation Center, 333 W. Dundee, Wheeling. The congressman is expected to discuss jobs, the economy and taxes at these forums. Members of the Republicans of Wheeling Township and Wheeling Township Democratic Organization are expected to attend the latter event.
