Ferris Bueller returns to Wrigley Field

CHICAGO — Ferris Bueller is returning to Wrigley Field, though this time he won't have to cut school to make it.

"Ferris Bueller's Day Off," a 1986 film about three truant teens' adventures around Chicago, is being screened Saturday night at Wrigley Field.

In one scene, the trio attends a Cubs game.

The screening is the first of its kind at the home of the Chicago Cubs. The team is out of playoff contention and has had its last home game.

In addition to watching the film, viewers will be asked to help set a world record for the most people singing in the round.

Fans will be asked to sing along as star Matthew Broderick lip syncs to "Danke Schoen."

The screening is being held to celebrate the film's 25th anniversary.
