Richard Linke, Internet safety educator, will teach how to recognize cyber predators and discuss cyberbullying, identity theft, and how to keep your kids safe on the Internet on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 7 p.m. at Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton.
