Caillat replaces Benatar for NCC Sesquincentennial Homecoming
Grammy Award-winning vocalist and guitarist Colbie Caillat is set to perform a solo acoustic show as part of North Central College's Sesquincentennial Homecoming Weekend.
The performer, famed for her 2007 single “Bubbly” and albums “Coco” and “Breakthrough,” replaces originally scheduled performers Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo. According to NCC spokesman Ted Slowik, the duo canceled because Giraldo needs some unforeseen surgery.
Caillat's NCC performance is at 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at Wentz Concert Hall, 171 E. Chicago Ave., Naperville. Tickets cost $75-$100 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23. Call (630) 637-7469 or visit northcentralcollege.edu/showtix.
