Kenya market regulator begins probe into cmc directors’ dispute

Kenya’s Capital Markets Authority began a probe into a dispute between directors of CMC Holdings Ltd., the country’s biggest publicly traded auto dealership, said Kungu Gatabaki, chairman of the regulator.

The authority also urged the company to appoint independent directors to avoid similar disputes in future, Gatabaki told reporters today in Nairobi.
