Fast-pitch softball, baseball clinics on deck
Submitted by Bulls/Sox Academy
The Bulls/Sox Academy will host White Sox Fundamentals Clinics in fastpitch softball and baseball at Immanuel Lutheran School, 950 Hart Road in Batavia on Saturdays, Sept. 10 and Sept. 17.
The White Sox Fundamentals Clinic is open to boys for baseball and girls for softball, ages 7 to 14. It will teach the latest techniques in hitting, fielding and throwing. They believe every young player should start with these skills to learn the game and be fundamentally strong.
The softball clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 10, with the baseball clinic running from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 17. The cost of each clinic is $55 with a portion of the proceeds going to Immanuel Lutheran School.
This clinic will provide each aspiring athlete with professional baseball or softball training in a fun and safe environment. All participants will receive top flight instruction from professional Bulls/Sox Academy instructors, a camp T-shirt, a replica autograph photo of a current Chicago White Sox player and each athlete will have their name entered into a raffle to win one of three prizes.
