Time for president to take responsibility

So President Obama’s dismal record almost three years into his term reflects record high unemployment, record high debt, a failed stimulus plan, a faltering economy, broken promises, etc., etc. He has blamed everything from earthquakes to Middle Eastern uprisings for the current situation, but his most important trick is to blame the Bush administration. I have just one question: When exactly does Obama start to take responsibility for his record? His window of opportunity is shrinking; just give us a date, Mr. President!
