First Friday in Libertyville
MainStreet Libertyville’s kicks off the Labor Day weekend with its First Friday event from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday. Free music, wine tasting, food samples and special promotional events are offered by downtown stores and restaurants. Amazing Cosmetics is celebrating a grand opening at its new location, 133 East Cook Ave., as well as the transformation of the old building for a new use. Wisma will offer food samples and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory will offer a free candy bar. Free, covered parking is available in the village garage on Lake Street and Brainerd Avenue.
