Next edition of 'Naperville Connected' now available

The City of Naperville reminds residents that the latest edition of its resident newsletter Naperville Connected is now available to view as a PDF at www.naperville.il.us/connected.aspx.

Volume I, Issue 5 features information about the City's bulk curbside leaf collection program, free bagged leaf and yard waste collection, a driver safety program being offered by the Naperville Police Department and AARP, the Naperville Metra Station Bus Depot and Commuter Access Feasibility Study and the upcoming Advisory Commission on Disabilities Technology Resource Fair.

Naperville Connected is a one-page publication distributed monthly with residents' and businesses' utility bills. For e-Bill customers, a link to an electronic copy of Naperville Connected is sent to the e-mail address they provided to the City.

Naperville Connected replaces the former Bridges newsletter that was mailed quarterly to every home and business in Naperville. By transitioning the newsletter to a one-page, in-house printed publication, Naperville is saving 7,938 pounds, or 252,000 sheets, of paper per year. Additionally, Naperville will save an annual $89,000 on postage fees and printing costs.
