Gov. Pat Quinn’s signing of House Bill 1716 amended the state’s Freedom of Information Act laws in four areas.
타 Creates “recurrent requesters” who submit more than seven requests in a week, 15 in a month or 50 in a year and allows government to delay responding to their FOIA requests.
