COD reaches labor agreements with two employee groups

College of DuPage has reached four-year labor agreements with two of its employee groups, the College of DuPage Adjuncts Association (CODAA) and its Local 399, International Union of Operating Engineers.

“The negotiations have been productive and amicable, and I am very pleased that we were able to successfully negotiate contracts that are fair for and unanimously ratified by both sides,” College of DuPage President Robert L. Breuder said.

The agreements are two out of four the College is negotiating this summer with its employee groups. The College is currently working on labor agreements with the COD Fulltime Faculty Association and the COD chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police.
