Police seeking information in armed robbery, reward offered

NAPERVILLE CRIME STOPPERS are offering up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of person(s) responsible for the Armed Robbery to an 7-Eleven, at 1925 S. Washington Street, Naperville.

On Aug. 24, 2011 at approximately 1:36 a.m., an unknown male, wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, mask, dark jeans, black gym shoes and light-colored gloves entered the 7-Eleven displaying a black semi-automatic handgun.

The subject demanded cash from the clerk and subsequently received an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. The male subject fled the area on foot.
